2 TRICKS THAT CAN MAKE YOUR CELLULITE REDUCE



No.1 problem of Women. Cellulite. I call it Mr.C. Just like an annoying man, that just doesn′t take NO for an answer! Doesn′t mather if you are skinny or have a few pounds too much, Mr.C is there. On your thighs, your booty, your lower belly. It seems like the best solution for us, women, would be, just to embrase it and don′t give a ... but we can′t, can we.
The appearance of cellulite depends on your genetics, hormons, blood circulation, inflammation, weight and nutrition. Due to all this factors, Mr.C cannot be gone for good, but we sure can make him fade into the background!!

      DIY CREAM

This cream is made out of things that I don′t think you have used  before. Accually I saw it on an episode of Dr.Oz. Cream combines 3 ingredients: antioxidants, caffeine and retinoids.
What they do is:
-          Antioxidants reduces  the lumps of the skin,  inflammations and there for reduces the swellings.
-          Caffeine penetretes deep under your skin, hits that fat lumps and shrinkens it.
-          Retinoids smoothens and tones the skin.

You can make your own cream, with mixing all three ingrediants together. Antioxidants you can find in body-lotions or body-creams; caffein you can find in your eye-cream; retinoids you can find in your anti-aging cream. Mix them up – and voila!
Quick fix if you have an event, where you have to show off your legs;


BALLET PLIE TO HIT THE PROBLEM AREA


Two workout moves that will help reduce your cellulite appearance., for just 4 minutes a day, every day! Also you will tone your glutes and thighs.

FIRST PLIE – large plie
Place your legs wider than your hips, feet turned to the side (a litlle angle), straight legs.
Go down, making a squat, watch for streight back, abs squeezed , hands on your hips, knees go over your toes.
When you go up, really squeeze those inner thighs and glutes, so you can feel the burn.
After 15 of those, start pulsing half way down for another 15.
Do the rutine twice!


SECOND PLIE – small plie
Make an angle of 45° with your feet and legs together. Stand straight, abs squeezed, spine straight.
Take one leg, take it a litlle to the side and back. The standing leg is a litlle bent, so it holds the weight and it gives you balance.
Start lifting your backside leg. Lift just enough to feel that outer thigh and glutes working.  Do 15 lifts. Hold that last lift and start pulsing for another 15.
Do the rutine twice and change the leg.


Also don′t forget to drink a lot of water. Listen to your body, eat healthy and be happy!
